All suites have a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, cooking facilities, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Some larger suites also have a dishwasher. For a full list of the suite facilities, please check our room page
AVA Residences strive for the ultimate satisfaction of our guests with the minimum impact on the environment. We implemented the following sustainable innovations: smart energy system, solar panels, water conservation technology, waste reduction programs, LED lighting, motion sensors, smart thermostats and energy saving appliances.
There is daily housekeeping service. Your suite will be cleaned daily and amenities will be filled up. Bath towels and bed sheets are changed every 2 days.
Check-in is from 3 pm. If you expect to arrive after 10 pm, kindly inform us in advance. Check-out is at 11 am.
The Acropolis & Plaka are a mere 6,5 km (4 miles) from AVA Residences.
As taxis are not very expensive, a taxi would be the fasted way to reach Hadrian Arch / Zeus Temple. From here you walk into Aripagitou street to get to the entrance of the Acropolis, or take Lysikratous street to enter Plaka area. The taxi ride takes aprox. 10-15 min, depending on the traffic. Alternatively there are busses and a tram.

AVA Residences has an underground parking garage with limited spaces available. Alternatively, a car park is available opposite the Residences against a small charge. (Open 7:00-19:00)
Niarchos Culture Center & Park, offers a mix of cultural events, activities and relaxation. From the small marina adjacent to Niarchos, you can walk along the seaside to Flisvos marina, where you find shops, cafes, restauants and Volta fun town for kids. If you have made a reservation through our website, you can amend a reservation online here or alternatively contact us directly (residences@avahotel.gr , +302103259000). If you have booked your room through a third party, e.g. a Travel Agent or OTA (Online Travel Agent), please contact them for any amendments.
We preauthorize all of the credit cards to check the validity and guarantee the reservations.
